its reali exhausting having to pause during calls, then cough, deep breath, then continue talking, and taking every opportunity, like when the customer is deciding what to order, to press the mute button and to cough my heart out.
i had heart attack twice today,
when the CEO of SITEL came to brief us
about how mcd didnt want to renew its contract with sitel.
*1st thought
oh god! im gonna lose my job!
then he continued saying that the contract is ending in the end of august.
*faints.
but!!
i get to keep my job till the end of MY contract, in december.
wee..
