since there were 50 Q calls,i was ignoring my trainee.i kept answering calls.but i kept pressing the mute button to cough, and making the customer wait.

then he said, "tkpela, you let me answer the call"

i switched seats with him.he did the talking, i did the clicking.

wah, bagos ar dekni.after that, i taught him this and that and he was on his own.he did the talking and clicking.i just helped him out when he needed me.i was doin nothing.
